There once lived a girl, far far away
Who believed in princes and castles.
Her innocence and naivety, a boon
Her dreams were to be a reality.
Then she saw him standing there
The more she looked, she fell.
All she wanted was him, no one else
She gave it all up; left for him.
She was happy, for a while
Then her world came crashing down.
Nothin was as it seemed
And she lived too many lives to count.
Yet she wanted more from her life
So she became her own Prince.
She tried and tried, till one day
She broke, and finally succeeded.
All she ever needed was herself
Innocence lost, reality gained.
Eyes wide open, she walked straight
Her life her own, her calling.
