Kerala, India:

The beautiful state of Kerala in India is filled with inland water bodies, little streams, bountiful seafood, and lush green foliage. Known for its sprawling backwaters and Ayurvedic spa treatments, Kerala is a little-known dream wedding destination. For beach weddings with Indian culture, coconut trees, and fish curry, Kerala is the best destination. You could opt to have a traditional Indian wedding with local delicacies or a church wedding in a colonial church left over from the British times. The months between September to March are ideal for cool weddings in Kerala.

Whatever your dream wedding destination spot, always remember to get acquainted with the destination first. Visit the place a couple of times to get a better idea of the look, feel, and vibe. Speak to a few local wedding planners, florists, and caterers to see if they are able to deliver your vision of the wedding. You should also make a selection of local photographers and any gift shops for wedding favors to avoid excess baggage when traveling.
